Hitler plans to raise the 140 trillion-debt ceiling because if they don’t the Reich will go bankrupt and the search for Fegelein will be in jeopardy. Jodl objects to Hitler’s plan and wants 50 trillion in cuts and no raise in taxes. Hitler rejects Jodl’s proposal because he can’t find Fegelein with cuts like that.
