What hardware is needed:
- You’re going to need technology, which is so advanced it shouldn’t even exist yet.
- You’ll need to use nanotechnology, to fit everything that’s needed inside a pencil.
- A highly advanced targeting system.
- Temporal tech, which allows you to target someone in the past.
How to use a pencil of doom:
- To target a specific person, you just to say their name and throw the pencil.
- To target random people, just activate your pencils random owning mode.
